Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After the clinical diagnosis of upper motor neuron injury, the condition is stable, and the movement disorder of the hemilateral limb remains; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. Brunnstrom classification of lower extremities III-V; 4. Abnormal alignment of the pelvis or lower limbs when standing still; or abnormal control of the hips, knees, and ankles when walking; 5. Can stand alone for 1 minute; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simple cerebellar injury; 2. Cognitive impairment or other reasons cannot complete the daily 30-minute force line therapy; 3. A history of spine or hip or knee surgery and trauma in the past six months; 4. Lower extremity joint contracture deformity.
