Medial Parapatellar Approach Group:Patients undergo total knee arthroplasty via medial parapatellar approach

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kellgren-Lawrence III-IV knee osteoarthritis; 2. TKA surgery for the first time; 3. BMI<=30 kg/m^2; 4. Preoperative examination showed no serious surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint tumor; 2. Extra-articular deformity resulting in genu valgus or genu varus; 3. Combined with active joint infection or severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood and other medical diseases, those who cannot tolerate surgery.
