Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MRI shows typical CSVD phenotype; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ''Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease-Related Cognitive Dysfunction (2019)''; 3. Primary school grade 6 or above; 4. There are stable and reliable caregivers, who will help patients to participate in the whole process of the study, and must have sufficient interaction and communication with the subjects in order to provide valuable information for the scale scoring; 5. Aged 40-80 years; 6. Willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Large artery atherosclerotic stroke; 3. Combined with other diseases that can lead to abnormal cognitive function, such as hypothyroidism, traumatic brain injury, congenital developmental delay and intracranial tumor; 4. Diagnosed with non-vascular dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia; 5. Combined neurodegenerative diseases that can affect cognitive function, such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease; 6. There are visual or hearing impairments and cannot cooperate with the completion of the cognitive function assessment; 7. Patients with contraindications to TMS, such as intracranial implantation of metals, brain tumors, and patients with increased intracranial pressure.
