Group 1:Immediate implantation of posterior teeth with simultaneous guided bone regeneration and open healing

Group 2:Immediate implantation of posterior teeth and simultaneous guided bone regeneration with tight suture

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. No uncontrolled heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 3. It is necessary to extract maxillary or mandibular posterior teeth; 4. No infection at the planting site; 5. The implant site has an effective bone mass, a certain amount of bone mass on the buccal side, and a height of at least 7mm; 6. The mesiodistal distance of the planting site is sufficient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. General contraindications to surgery; 2. Bruxism; 3. The presence of active and uncontrolled periodontal disease; 4. History of head and neck radiotherapy.
