50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There was no restriction on gender, age from 50 to 80 years, ARISCAT score, ASA grade II-III, BMI 19-30kg/m2, pneumoabdominal time 2-3h, FEV1/FVC > 70%, chest radiographs suggested no pneumonia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart and lung diseases (history of chest surgery, respiratory failure, sepsis, bullae, severe asthma, COPD); Mechanical ventilation was performed within 2 weeks before surgery.
