Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal glucose tolerance group: (1) Aged 18-70 years; (2) Have fully understood the informed consent and signed the informed consent; (3) Normal glucose tolerance: according to the 2020 edition of the ''China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes'', the classification criteria of glucose metabolism status, that is, fasting blood glucose = 6.1 mmol/L, but = 7.8 mmol/L but = 7.0 mmol/L, glucose tolerance 2-hour blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L; (4) Not receiving diabetes-related hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poorly controlled diabetic patients: HbA1c >9.5%; 2. Those who have been treated with hypoglycemic drugs in the past 1 month; 3. Combined with other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; 4. Complicated with severe liver diseases: such as acute and chronic viral hepatitis, drug-induced, immune hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc.; 5. Complicated with severe biliary tract disease: biliary obstructive disease, etc.; 6. Severe renal disease or severe renal impairment, defined as serum creatinine greater than 2.0 mg/dL; or current urinary tract infection; 7. Life expectancy of no more than 5 years with serious health conditions; 8. Those who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the near future; 9. Those with masticatory dysfunction and unable to eat normally; 10. Those who are allergic to some foods, or those who are allergic to alcohol or iodine; 11. Those who cannot participate in the completion of the intervention follow-up due to other circumstances; 12. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks; 13. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research; 14. The informed consent form cannot be signed.
