Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Past patients who meet the CHB diagnostic criteria of ''Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2019 Edition)'' and have a history of taking TAF antiviral drugs (From November 2018 to November 2021, outpatient/inpatient patients who were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital and who took TAF drugs were selected as the research subjects, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed); and patients who meet the requirements and agree to be included in this study; 2. The clinical data are relatively complete, and the course of treatment is at least 48 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No follow-up records; 2. Patients who were lost to follow-up or dropped out before the observation end point.
