Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women between 18 and 70 years old, ASAI or II grade, BMI index <35, patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia intubation conditions, the patient needs to have the ability to understand the research plan and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract (history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, stomach tumors, esophageal tumors, hiatal hernia), upper gastrointestinal dysfunction (eg reflux esophagitis), pregnant women, known past delayed gastric emptying The disease cannot cooperate with the examination or the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). During the operation with the head lowered during the operation, gastric juice or bile can be seen in the oral cavity, which indirectly confirmed the possibility of cardia laxity and was excluded.
