18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-term (>37 weeks), twins, ASA class I or II, elective cesarean delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to spinal anesthesia (such as low platelets caused by blood diseases, coagulation dysfunction, long-term use of anticoagulants, spinal deformity, history of lumbar spine surgery, infection at the puncture site, emotional instability and inability to cooperate, etc.); 2. Past or new heart disease, preeclampsia, neurological dysfunction, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular or kidney disease, systolic blood pressure <90mmHg.
