Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged >50 years; (2) Patients with cognitive impairment indicated by the Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE) score test; (3) Elderly people with MMSE scores between 0 and 23; (4) Patients with brain CT or MRI, clinical manifestations, and laboratory examinations that suggest no cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, or intracranial mass. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Aged >50 years, healthy elderly persons whose age and gender are matched with the case group; (2) No central nervous system disease, no serious heart, liver, kidney and other internal diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases; (3) No impairment of cognitive function and activities of daily living, can not be diagnosed as dementia, MMSE > 26 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of dementia, such as patients with advanced Parkinson's disease, patients with intracranial infection, schizophrenia, and depression; completely independent and mildly dependent, and patients with bleeding and ischemic cerebrovascular disease; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with obvious failure.
