Inclusion criteria: 1. Pass the ''Internet + Nursing Service'' business training and hospital platform review, and be registered as an ''Internet + Nursing Service'' nurse in the hospital; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have violated relevant laws and regulations, bad practice records, and have been disqualified from service by their units and platforms; 2. The time to answer the online questionnaire is too short (less than 2 minutes).
