Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 75 years; 2. Course of disease: in the recovery period of stroke, with onset within 2 weeks to within half a year; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 4. The patient can actively cooperate, complete the trial process, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tracheotomy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Complete aphasia; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Patients with 2 or more strokes; patients with cerebral embolism (cardiac cerebral infarction); 5. Those who have obvious oral or throat diseases, such as thyroid disease, local infection, ulcer, etc. that affect swallowing.
