Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma for the first time and no history of other malignant tumors; 2. Newly treated non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients, receiving chemotherapy, the regimen is CHOP±R; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. ECOG<=2 points; 5. The expected survival period of the patient is more than 6 months; 6. The baseline meets the indications and basic requirements for chemotherapy; 7. Good compliance and voluntary follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; or patients of childbearing age with positive blood/urine pregnancy test, patients of childbearing age and their spouses are unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures during the clinical study and within 6 months after the end; 2. Liposomal doxorubicin drug therapy; 3. Use drug therapy with cardioprotective effect, such as dexrazine, etc.; 4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency, MDRD formula to calculate GFR<15ml/min x min^2 or long-term dialysis patients.
