Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, Asian population, male or female, the thickness of subcutaneous local fat accumulation >= 2cm; 2. The use of Coolmax hand tools in the abdominal treatment area can tolerate stretching, pain and discomfort in the first 5 minutes after the start of treatment, and the soft tissue inhalation volume of the frozen cup is >= 50%; 3. Be able to use the high-frequency vibration physiotherapy device as prescribed by the doctor after surgery; 4. Be able to control diet, exercise properly, and stabilize weight as prescribed by a doctor; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=30; 2. Patients with systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, thrombosis, kidney stones, diabetes, abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal blood system, infectious diseases, etc.; 3. Combined with hypothermia-induced diseases such as cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, Raynaud's syndrome, etc.; 4. There are skin diseases, tumors or allergic diseases in and near the treatment area; combined with other diseases such as pathological obesity and serious mental diseases; 5. The treatment and surrounding areas have received other fat reduction treatment or surgery within 6 months, and there are scars, hernias, etc.; 6. Those who are pregnant and breastfeeding; 7. Oral or topical analgesia, fat-reducing drugs and equipment, including acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, professional massage, hyperthermia, light therapy, etc.
