Remazolam group:Remazolam 0.2-0.4 mg/kg IV during induction of general anesthesia

Propofol group:Propofol 1.5-2 mg/kg bolus was selected during induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray or CT imaging examination clearly exists hip joint destruction; it conforms to the indications for hip replacement surgery determined by the Chinese Society of Orthopedics: (1) Osteoarthritis of the hip joint for which conservative treatment fails; (2) The joint function is obviously limited, affecting life; (3) Collapse of the femoral head due to necrosis of the femoral head caused by various reasons; (4) Displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly and femoral neck fractures that have failed internal fixation. 2. Received hip replacement surgery for the first time; have the ability to communicate independently. 3. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with heart, brain, kidney, hematopoietic dysfunction; 2. Previous severe mental illness or delirium; 3. Combined with a history of Alzheimer's disease or epilepsy; 4. Previous coronary heart disease or hypertension, diabetes, etc.
