16 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 16 years. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ARDS. 3. The length of stay in the ICU is more than 48 hours. 4. Mechanical ventilation time >= 48 hours. 5. If you are admitted to the ICU for multiple times in one hospitalization, the record of the first admission to the ICU will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No blood gas analysis was performed during mechanical ventilation. 2. Important data relevant to the study are missing.
