Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. ASA classification I to III; 3. MMSE scale score >23; 4. Voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of mental illness, current neurological disease; 2. Refused/failed to complete the preoperative cognitive function test; 3. Communication disorder, inability to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, epilepsy, history of Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis, etc.; 4. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function.
