Lidocaine group:Lidocaine was injected intravenously at 1mg/kg, and propofol was injected intravenously at 0.5mg/kg 10 minutes later
Tramadol and lidocaine group:Intravenous injection of tramadol 2mg/kg and lidocaine 1mg/kg, and intravenous propofol 0.5mg/kg 10 minutes later

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA?-? intravenous inhalation combined general anesthesia patients, aged 40-70 years; 2. All patients underwent local infiltration of 0.5% ropivacaine and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics and tramadol; 2. Patients who are allergic to soybeans, peanuts or propofol, patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, and patients with gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Patients with mental illness and depression; 4. Patients with epilepsy who cannot be adequately controlled by treatment; 5. Patients with a history of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics; 6. Aspen syndrome, pre-excitation syndrome, severe heart block patients.
