Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage 3-4 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria specified in the 2012 KDIGO Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinical Practice Guidelines. 2. Aged 18-75 years. 3. The patients themselves or their guardians have signed the informed consent before participating in the screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute kidney injury caused by various reasons. 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver and hematopoietic system, serious infections, mental disorders, and malignant tumors. 3. Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation and other renal replacement therapy patients. 4. Pregnant or lactating patients. 5. Undergoing other clinical experimental studies.
