Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with COPD according to the latest guidelines of the COPD Global Initiative in 2022 and in a stable phase. 2. Early-stage COPD patients: According to the latest guidelines of the COPD Global Initiative in 2022, patients with early-stage COPD. 3. No language or consciousness barriers, able to understand, cooperate and voluntarily participate in this research. 4. Have a smartphone and be able to master the use of mHealth after guidance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac complications: including cardiac function NYHA class IV, left and right heart insufficiency, various types of tachyarrhythmias, coronary heart disease, and angina pectoris after recent activity; 2. The life cycle may be less than 6 months (such as those with advanced severe diseases); 3. Arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) 55mmHg in resting state.
