Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select adult patients with type II diabetes (DM) who have a stable condition after diet control or oral hypoglycemic drug treatment, do not need to change the variety and dosage of drugs, and only take maintenance doses. That is, fasting blood glucose >=7mmol/L (126mg/dl) or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L (200mg/dl); People with impaired glucose regulation (IGR) with a fasting blood glucose of 5.6-7 mmol/L (100-126 mg/dl) or a 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of 7.8-11.1 mmol/L (140-200 mg/dl) can also be selected. 2. Qi deficiency syndrome: (1) Main symptoms: shortness of breath, mental fatigue, fatigue, weak pulse; (2) Secondary syndromes: spontaneous sweating, lazy speech, pale tongue (2 main syndromes and 1 secondary syndrome can be diagnosed as Qi deficiency syndrome).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those under the age of 18 or over 65, pregnant or breastfeeding patients, allergic to the test sample. 2. Patients with complications of major organs such as heart, liver, and kidney, or other serious diseases, mentally ill patients, taking glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect blood sugar. 3. Those who cannot cooperate with dietary control to affect the observation results. 4. Diabetic ketosis, acidosis and infection within the past 3 months. 5. Patients with low immunity caused by taking immunosuppressive drugs. 6. Those who take items related to the tested function in a short period of time affect the judgment of the results. 7. Those who did not take the test samples as prescribed, or those who did not have complete data to affect the observation results. 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials. 9. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
