Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 18 years and meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes: (1) Typical symptoms of diabetes; (2) Add random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L or add fasting blood glucose >=7.0 mmol/L or add OGTT 2 h blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L or add HbA1c >=6.5%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients request to withdraw from the clinical trial; 2. The arm circumference exceeds the allowable range of the sphygmomanometer cuff; 3. Suffering from acute pain or clinical instability; 4. Those with unhealed wounds on the upper arm or those with missing upper arms; 5. Patients with bilateral upper extremity arterial occlusive disease; 6. Patients with mental illness and those who have no insight and cannot express accurately; 7. Disease investigators who believe that it is not appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
