18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as hand hyperhidrosis; 2. To undergo thoracoscopic selective bilateral sympathetic chain amputation; 3. Aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with insufficiency of vital organ system; 2. Those with spontaneous bleeding and coagulation disorders; 3. History of chronic pain; 4. Long-term use of opioids or non-steroidal drugs; 5. Those who are allergic to non-steroidal drugs, alcohol, and local anesthetics; 6. Combined with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 7. Obesity; 8. Lactation and pregnancy patients; 9. Those who have been diverted to other operations or converted to open surgery.
