Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, ECG or dynamic ECG or ECG monitoring suggest premature ventricular contraction; 2. Sign the informed consent; 3. The clinical is in a stable period, and language communication can be carried out smoothly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients request to withdraw from the clinical trial; 2. The arm circumference exceeds the allowable range of the sphygmomanometer cuff; 3. Suffering from acute pain or clinical instability; 4. Those with unhealed wounds on the upper arm or those with missing upper arms; 5. Patients with bilateral upper extremity arterial occlusive disease; 6. Patients with mental illness and those who have no insight and cannot express accurately; 7. Disease investigators who believe that it is not appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
