Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, and the gender is not limited; 2. Papillary carcinoma confirmed by FNA or CNB, the pathological type is non-high-risk subtype; 3. A single lesion with a maximum diameter of <=1.0cm; 4. There is no cervical lymph node metastasis in ultrasound or neck CT examination, and the tumor does not invade the thyroid capsule or surrounding tissues; 5. No distant metastasis confirmed by imaging; 6. The patients understood the purpose of the test, voluntarily chose thermal ablation or surgical resection, and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck radiation exposure in adolescents or children; previous thyroid-related surgery or drug treatment; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Coagulation disorders or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Patients with abnormal vocal cord function on the opposite side of the lesion.
