Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, and the course of the disease is between 14 days and 6 months after the onset of stroke; 2. The VAS score of shoulder pain on the hemiplegic side is between 1 and 6, and they have not received any treatment related to shoulder pain at least 1 week before treatment, and have not participated in other clinical trials; 3. Those who have signed informed consent; 4. Aged between 18-75 years, no gender limit; 5. After clinical observation, the vital signs are stable in the past 48 hours, the condition is stable and the consciousness is clear.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling to participate in this clinical observation and have poor compliance; 2. Shoulder pain caused by other causes such as cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, etc., and those who have obvious shoulder pain before the onset of stroke; those who have shoulder pain caused by lesions in the thalamus; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 4. Combined with mentally ill patients, or patients who are unconscious and unable to communicate normally; 5. Those who are afraid of acupuncture therapy, faint from acupuncture, and are allergic to moxibustion therapy.
