Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers: (1) Aged 18-60 years; (2) All weights are within the normal range (18.5<BMI<23.9); (3) No history of neurological disease, no history of cervical spine, no history of head and neck surgery trauma. 2. Chiari type I patients: (1) Aged 1-75 years; (2) Medical history, physical examination and imaging examinations suggest type I cerebellar subtonsillar herniation; (3) Appropriate and agreed to undergo surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of cerebellar tonsillar herniation is not consistent with the clinical evaluation; 2. Pregnant patients, lactating patients and children; 3. Patients with allergic constitution, low blood pressure, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system cannot be treated by surgery.
