Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years; 2.The patient's pathology and immunohistochemical diagnosis and previous treatment (such as anti-tumor therapy, immunotherapy, related surgery, etc.) will not affect the therapeutic effect; 3.Malignant effusion greater than 100ml can be obtained; 4.Cancer cells in the exfoliated cell smear of malignant effusion are positive; 5.There is no clinical diagnosis of other unstable complications or uncontrolled infection; 6.ECOG PS score: 0-2 points; 7.The main organs function normally; 8.Subjects voluntarily participated in this study, signed the informed consent, followed up, and the compliance was good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating patients; 2.Patients with peripheral nervous system disorders caused by diseases or with a history of obvious mental disorders and central nervous system disorders; 3.Patients with severe infection or active peptic ulcer need treatment; 4.Allergic to chemotherapy drugs.
