Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The selected patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical radiculopathy revised by the Second National Cervical Spondylosis Symposium in 1993 and the revised criteria in the Minutes of the Third National Cervical Spondylosis Symposium in 2008; 2. Has more typical radicular symptoms, such as arm pain and numbness, the range is consistent with the area innervated by the cervical spinal nerve; 3. The patient's neck movement function is limited, and there is tenderness in the spinous process of the diseased vertebra, paravertebral, and the medial upper angle of the scapula on the affected side; 4. The neck pressure test and (or) brachial plexus pull test were positive; 5. Imaging findings are consistent with clinical manifestations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases; 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, tumors, fractures and other diseases; 3. Not cooperating with research.
