Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (2014) or Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage (2014); 2. First onset, without TMS treatment after onset; 3. Course of disease: 2 weeks ~ 6 months; age: 18 ~ 80 years; 4. Hemiplegia caused by anterior circulation cerebrovascular disease; 5. Movement and balance disorders; 6. The patient or his family members signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple cerebrovascular diseases or other serious systemic injuries or concomitant diseases; 2. Those with consciousness disorder or severe cognitive impairment cannot cooperate to complete relevant treatment and evaluation; 3. There are contraindications of magnetic stimulation and magnetic resonance examination such as metal foreign bodies in the brain and body or any other electronic devices implanted in the body; 4. Pregnant women.
