Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-90 years; 2. Voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent; 3. Those who have not been diagnosed with dementia, have no major diseases, and have not received neurological drug treatment, have normal communication skills and normal physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of biological samples; 2. Those receiving cholesterol-lowering drug treatment or diet and lifestyle intervention; 3. Suffering from cerebrovascular disease, brain trauma, alcoholism and other diseases that cause cognitive decline; 4. Currently taking cognitive-improving drugs or cognitive-improving supplements.
