Interventions

Group 1:Immediately after induction of anesthesia, electroacupuncture stimulation of Xinglingtai, Shendao, Neiguan, Baihui, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao until the end of the operation
Group 2:Neiguan, Qimen, Daling, Shenmen, Hegu, Taichong electroacupuncture were performed immediately after induction of anesthesia until the end of the operation
Control group:Anesthesia induction started immediately to the end of the operation, only electrodes were attached without electroacupuncture stimulation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective neurosurgery such as craniocerebral tumor and cerebrovascular surgery. 2. Gender is not limited, aged 18 to 60 years. 3. BMI: 18-25kg/m^2, ASA class II-III, NYHA cardiac function class I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate; 2. Arrhythmia, severe valve disease, abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery, etc.
