Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with supine surgery for elective general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; ASAI–II;age 18~80 years;BMI 18~28 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiopulmonary disease, asthma, COPD, bronchitis, sinus bradycardia and shock.
