25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males aged 25-40 years; 2. Smoking index > 200; 3. Nicotine dependence self-rating scale score >= 5 points; 4. Right-handed; 5. Approved by the ethics committee of the hospital, all the selected patients filled out the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory, cardiovascular, and digestive system organic diseases; 2. History of central nervous system disease; 3. History of use of central nervous system-related drugs; 4. Family genetic diseases (such as history of diabetes, history of hypertension); 5. History of underlying mental illness; 6. Trauma history; 7. History of taking psychotropic drugs; 8. Recent history of anesthesia; 9. History of head trauma; 10. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 11. Those who are contraindicated in magnetic resonance examination.
