Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Peking Union Medical College Hospital Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for pelvic organ prolapse patients who are going to undergo transvaginal pelvic mesh implantation for treatment of ''Uterine prolapse/fornix or anterior vaginal wall prolapse III-IV and I-II degree of posterior vaginal wall bulge''.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have sex or vaginal douching in the past 5 days; 2. Application of oral or vaginal antibiotics, antifungals, immunosuppressants, hormone drugs or probiotics in the past 30 days; 3. Combination of immunosuppressive diseases, breast cancer, endometrial cancer and other complications that are contraindicated in the use of vaginal estrogen; 4. If the patient has a uterus before surgery and does not undergo transvaginal hysterectomy at the same time; 5. Intraoperative bladder injury or intraoperative bleeding >500ml or postoperative hematoma.
