30 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pelvic organ prolapse who were seen in the gynecological outpatient clinic. 2. Agree to the aforementioned informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have sex in the past 48 hours or vaginal lavage in the past 5 days, and use antibiotics, antifungals, immunosuppressants or hormones, probiotics or vaginal drugs in the past 30 days.
