Intervention group:an intravenous injection of remimazolam 0.2mg/kg after surgery
Control group:an intravenous injection of equal volume of 0.9% saline postoperatively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I or II; 2. Aged 3-7 years; 3. scheduled for elective tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Acute upper respiratory tract infection/recovery period; 3. Cardiopulmonary disease; 4. Developmental delay; 5. intake of any sedative drug before surgery
