Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male infertile patients aged 23-50 years. 2. Abnormal semen quality. 3. The woman has normal fertility, or suffers from infertility-related diseases, but may be cured. 4. Primary varicocele, physical examination of varicocele II degree (palpable in standing position) or III degree (no palpation visible), color Doppler ultrasound measures spermatic vein diameter (DR) >= 2.8 mm in calm breathing, and blood reflux duration (TR) >= 4 seconds during Valsalva maneuvers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with organic diseases of pituitary or testis, epididymis and vas deferens. 2. Azoospermia or chromosomal abnormalities. 3. Those with a history of vas deferens surgery or spermatic obstruction that cannot be ruled out. 4. Reproductive system infection. 5. Severe erectile dysfunction or ejaculation disorder. 6. Secondary varicocele. 7. Those who have received VC surgery. 8. Abdominal infection and history of open pelvic surgery lead to extensive adhesions. 9. Patients with a history of tumor, diabetes or combined with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases. 10. Patients with severe mental illness. 11. Participating in other clinical trials at the same time or using drugs that improve sperm quality or affect VC in the past 3 months.
