Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-6 months after onset, he was conscious, CASI score of cognitive function assessment was more than 20 points, and he was able to cooperate with lower limb intelligent feedback training system treatment and resting state fMRI and DTI detection; 2. The first onset, hemiplegia of the right limb; 3. Aged 50-60 years; 4. All patients were right-handed; 5. Single infarct, infarct area 8-10 cm^2; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute onset, worsening condition or unstable vital signs; 2. Patients with sensory aphasia, severe dementia, mental illness and other diseases that cannot be treated; 3. Patients with post-stroke depression and epilepsy that may interfere with the results of functional magnetic resonance imaging; 4. Cranial defect patients; 5. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, with greater risk of treatment and detection; 6. Those who are installed with pacemakers, stents, bypass surgery or other gold implants.
