Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients undergoing general anesthesia during daytime endotracheal intubation, ASA I-II; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. Operation time <= 3h; 5. Normal communication; 6. Voluntary test and signed informed consent; 7. Through oral/nasal endotracheal intubation, the u diameter of the endotracheal tube is 7.0 or 7.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Throat diseases: vocal cord polyps, tonsils, etc.; 2. Obvious liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of gastroesophageal reflux, etc.; 4. Possible presence of difficult airways.
