Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Chinese version of the Tilburg Frailty Indicator >= 5 points; 3. Consciousness, normal communication and cooperate with the evaluation; 4. Voluntary participation; 5. Can complete the walking test of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious vision and hearing disorder, difficult communication; 2. Patients with other critical diseases cannot cooperate with intervention; 3. Disease terminus, expected life < 6 months; 4. At the same time, participate in other research.
