Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Meet the Chinese obesity standard BMI >= 27; 3. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria in the 2018 Chinese Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, and the specific quantitative thresholds are as follows: subjective within 1 year reported by participants or insiders cognitive function decline; MMSE score> 24 points (primary school: > 20 points; illiterate: > 17 points); MoCA score < 26 points (if the education period is <= 12 years, the total score is added 1 point), ADL score < 26 points; 4. The psychiatrist diagnosed as mild depression and did not need to take antidepressants; 5. Those who ignore listening and speaking dysfunction, give informed consent and are willing to cooperate with this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe neurological diseases, stroke, cerebral infarction, etc.; 2. People with severe mental disorders; 3. Participating in any cognitive training in the past six months.
