Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification:I-III; 2. Aged 16~60 years, gender is not limited; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 32 or < 16; 2. Pregnant; 3. The patient and or family members refuse or are unable to cooperate; 4. Patients with previous diseases of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system, blood system or metabolic system were excluded; 5. Patients with previous propofol allergy; 6. Previous history of mental illness.
