Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult NB patients. The diagnostic criteria were based on the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder; 2. Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney injury; 2. Severe arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency below grade II, peripheral blood oxygen saturation < 90% at rest; 3. Pregnancy, ketoacidosis, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, malignant tumors, acute in inflammatory state; 4. Patients who are taking large doses of hormones, cimetidine, trimethoprim and other drugs.
