80 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 80 years; 2. Able to live completely or basically independently (ADL Barthel score >= 75); 3. Living in the community; 4. Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual impairment, severe cognitive impairment; 2. Severe large joint deformity, history of hip fracture, postoperative joint replacement; 3. Advanced malignant tumor; 4. Cardiac function class III-IV; 5. COPD 4; 6. Chronic kidney disease stage 5; 7. Decompensated cirrhosis and other acute or unstable diseases.
