Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Spontaneous circulation (ROSC) was restored after CPR in patients with CA in or out of hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The end-stage of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors and any expected survival time less than 6 months; 2. The time from cardiac arrest to ICU admission is more than 24 hours, and the data collection is incomplete; 3. Taking history of antibiotics or microbial agents within 1 month; 4. Previous history of chronic intestinal diseases.
