Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar disc herniation diagnosed by MRI or CT examination, diagnosis >= 6 months; 2. 20-50 years old; 3. Conscious, without cognitive impairment or mental disease; 4. Able to adhere to the treatment and willing to sign the informed consent to cooperate with the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar disc herniation in acute onset, with severe pain; 2. Severe neurological dysfunction caused by protrusion of nucleus pulposus, cauda equina compression and other surgical indications; 3. With other related bone and joint diseases, including severe osteoporosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar tuberculosis, spinal tumors and other lesions, or rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis; 4. With scrapping contraindications, combined with hematopoietic system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, tumor patients; 5. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
