60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-IV and NINCDS-ADRDA diagnostic criteria for dementia; 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 10-24; 3. At least five years of education; 4. Patient and family members sign informed consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious physical illness; 2. Patients with severe hearing or visual impairment cant communicate with others; 3. Patients who has a history of organic mental disorders or affective disorders; 4. Patients who has a history of Parkinson's or Huntington's disease; 5. Patients with chronic alcoholism, severe alcohol abuse, or drug abuse.
