Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with senile cataract in the ophthalmology department and the control group have undergone a comprehensive ophthalmological examination. Using traditional methods, cataract density is graded through a slit lamp inspection based on LOCS II. After assessing the patients best vision, a biomicroscopic examination was performed to measure intraocular pressure, and after tropecaramide (1%) eye drops were used to dilate the pupil, the cataract density was graded with a biomicroscope slit lamp examination. 2. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients with glaucoma, as well as patients with ophthalmopathy who hinder lens examination; 4. Patients with grade 1 or 2 cataract in eye examination; 5. Diabetes and other systemic diseases that may cause cataracts; 6. The patient participates in another clinical trial at the same time.
