Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients >= 65 years old; 2. Planned to undergo grade 3 or 4 surgery in surgery, including stomach, colorectal, liver, gallbladder and pancreas and other organ diseases; 3. Confirmed diagnosis of frailty syndrome (Fried's frailty phenotype assessment method); 4. Able to eat and move autonomously; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 2. Poor compliance; 3. Not suitable for other reasons.
